Cuina per a “runners”

O dit d’altra manera, receptes per a corredors. Ara que sortir a córrer s’ha convertit en una afició força generalitzada m’he fixat en si aquesta nova circumstància ha generat receptes per a corredors a la xarxa. En aquest blog, de receptes de cuina quotidiana de “gent corrent” (i  que corre), és un tema que hi té el seu lloc. A més, sembla que bona part de la cuina per a runners és altament tupperable.

I efectivament, hi ha unes quantes pàgines que en els últims anys han centrat la seva atenció en aquest segment creixent de gent que correm. Així, doncs, en aquesta entrada hi recullo una tria d’enllaços que poden ser interessants per als corredors, runners i  atletes, digueu-n’hi com vulgueu.
